Bhutan PM Tshering Tobgay calls PM Modi 'bade bhai' at GCC

At the Global Cooperative Conference (GCC) in New Delhi, Bhutan's Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay made a heartwarming gesture by addressing PM Narendra Modi as 'bade bhai' or 'big brother.'

Speaking at Bharat Mandapam during the inaugural session on Monday, Bhutan’s PM praised India’s cooperative movement. He highlighted how it has played a crucial role in reducing poverty and improving lives, calling it a remarkable achievement.

Bhutan’s leader also emphasised the strong bond between the two nations, reinforcing the idea of collaboration for mutual growth.
