In its weather forecast for the next seven days, IMD said that city is likely to witness partly cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers. The sky is likely to remain partly cloudy sky with possibility of rain or thunderstorm. The temperature is likely to remain between 23 degrees to 33 degrees over the next seven days, IMD said.

During the same period, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, and Rayalaseema can anticipate isolated to scattered light to moderate rainfall, along with thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds of 30-40 kmph.Between May 13 and 17, isolated heavy rainfall is expected over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala, and Mahe. Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka may also experience isolated heavy rainfall from May 13 to 16.
