Bengaluru on Monday reported 287 new Omicron cases, taking the overall count of the new variant reported in Karnataka to 766.
Test positivity rate in the state has dropped to 12.45% as new cases have dipped to 27,156, Health & Medical Education Minister K Sudhakar tweeted. There were 14 Covid-19 deaths.
Bengaluru Urban accounted for 15,947 cases and five deahts. The state-wise case fatality rate was 0.05%.
