The video provides step-by-step instructions on what to do if caught in a road rage situation. It advises commuters to remain calm and avoid arguing with the other person. Instead of trying to resolve the issue independently, the video suggests taking note of the vehicle's details and contacting the emergency helpline.

The video stresses the importance of prioritizing safety in such situations. It advises viewers to avoid disrupting traffic, take photos of the incident or the vehicle involved, and provide their account of the incident to the police when they arrive.
