Assam police arrest 26 Myanmar nationals bound for New Delhi

Around 26 Myanmar nationals bound for New Delhi were arrested by Assam police.

They arrived in Guwahati from Mizoram. A Senior police official said that seven of them teenagers. They belonged to Falam district of Chin state of (western) Myanmar.

He added, " forged Indian documents including fake Aaadhar cards, voter identity cards were recovered. A case at the Paltan bazar police station under the Indian Penal Code, Foreigners act, 1946, Passport (entry into India) act 1920 is Registered. "
