India won their ninth Asia Cup title after a thrilling 5‑wicket win over Pakistan and Abhishek topped the run charts with 314 runs across seven innings earning Player of the Tournament honor and a feature-packed Haval H9 SUV.

In the final that happened on Sunday, 28th of September 2025, saw India defeating Pakistan by 5 wickets and winning the title for a record ninth time. Tilak Varma’s 69* sealed the chase and the final-over four by Rinku Singh finished the tournament for the Indian side. India was undefeated throughout the tournament with 9 wins, including the final. Abhishek Sharma, the Player of the tournament with 314 runs in 7 innings received a Haval H9 SUV as his prize.

Great Wall Motor is a Chinese automaker founded in Baoding, known for SUV and pickup brands like Haval; Haval became a standalone SUV brand in 2013 and builds global models like the H9 for off-road and family use.

The H9 uses a 2.0L turbo petrol delivering around 214 hp and 380 Nm, paired with an 8-speed automatic; top speed is about 200 km/h, with an estimated 9–12 km/l efficiency.

It measures roughly 4950 mm long, 1976 mm wide, 1930 mm tall, with 224 mm ground clearance; a 90L tank supports long-distance touring and off-road excursions.

The seven-seater cabin packs a 14.6-inch touchscreen, 10-speaker audio, panoramic sunroof, and wireless charging, bringing comfort and tech for family and road-trip use.

The H9 features Level 2 ADAS including traffic sign recognition, rear collision warning, and automatic emergency braking to enhance safety on highways and in cities.

GWM is preparing India entry; if launched, the H9 could be priced near Rs 40 lakh, positioning it as a premium, off-road capable alternative in the segment.
