Anti-conversion bill: Bengaluru Archdiocese opposes Karnataka’s proposed law
While speaking to ANI in Bengaluru on November 20, Archbishop of Bengaluru Peter Machado said that Archdiocese of Bengaluru has sent a memorandum to Karnataka CM Basavaraj S Bommai, requesting him not to table the anti-conversion bill in the Assembly. Archdiocese also demands Karnataka CM to take back the orders on the survey of missionary works and the establishments.
