Furthermore, PM Modi noted the public's anger towards such crimes.

"We have worked on a women-led development model. Whether it is innovation, employment, or entrepreneurship, women are making strides in every sector," Modi said.

"Consider the defense sector—air force, army, navy, space sector—we see women’s strength everywhere. But, unfortunately, we also face some disturbing issues," he added.

On the increasing crimes against women, PM Modi shared his distress, stating, "As a society, we must seriously address the atrocities against our mothers, sisters, and daughters. There is anger among the people because of this. I can feel that rage."
