1 killed, migrant shot at in J&K

Unidentified gunmen shot dead a civilian and injured a non-local labourer in two seperate attacks in Kashmir on Monday. The first incident took place in Gotapora in Budgam where unidentified gunmen shot at Tajamul Mohi-ud-din Rather outside his residence. Rather was immediately rushed to hospital where he succumbed to injuries. In the second attack, unidentified gunmen fired upon a non-local vendor from Bihar Biswajeet Mandal, in Pulwama. Officials claim Mandal's condition is stable.
