Global leaders at the World Economic Forum have raised fresh warnings about a widening global jobs gap for young people, as labour markets struggle to absorb new entrants. WOrld Bank Group President Ajay Banga and Infosys cofounder Nandan Nilekani highlighted the scale of the challenge at Davos, pointing to a sharp mismatch between the number of youth entering the workforce and available employment opportunities.
