If you reside in Delhi and have received a fine against your vehicle's registration number, you can petition the District Magistrate to lower or dismiss the fine altogether. This applies to various infractions like lack of insurance, running red lights, speeding, over-speeding, or pollution-related violations. You have the option to appear in court during the National Lok Adalat and request a reduction or dismissal of the fine.

To settle their case, offenders must obtain an e-challan and attend the National Lok Adalat. Prior reservation is necessary for those planning to attend.
