Here are the steps to follow for lodging an online complaint in different forums:
- Go to the portal e-Daakhil (https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/)
- Click on the "Complain" button located at the top left corner of the page.
- Then register by providing personal information including name, phone number, email, and address.
- Select the complaint type from the drop-down menu based on the value of your grievance claim:

- Write a detailed description of the complaint in the provided box. You can write the description in both Hindi and English.
- Attach any supporting documents related to the complaint.
- Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen.
- Click on the "Submit" button to file the complaint.
- After submitting the complaint, you will receive a complaint ID that you can use to track the status of the complaint.
If you face any problem while filing a complaint, you can hire a lawyer to fill out the form for you. You can use the same login credentials to file the complaint again. The court follow-up will be done through video conferencing and the time and slot will be sent through your registered phone number and email id.
