Tigress gives birth to two cubs in Ranthambhore

The number of tiger cubs in Ranthambore national park in Rajasthan's Sawaimadhopur district has risen to 19 with the birth of two cubs, an official said.

JAIPUR: The number of tiger cubs in Ranthambore national park in Rajasthan's Sawaimadhopur district has risen to 19 with the birth of two cubs, an official said.

"Tigress named 'T-9' gave birth to two cubs around month back in Ranthambore National Park. Sighting of the cubs has been done," the forest official said.

"In Ranthambhore, there are total 27 (full grown) big cats besides the cubs," he added.
