Tiger cub found dead in MP

BHOPAL: In a major setback for the state government, a one-year-old tiger was found dead in PenchNational Park in Seonidistrict of Madhya Pradeshon Monday afternoon.

The carcass was found near the Karmajhiribeat at around 11 am, with multiple injuries.

The body was sent for post-mortem. Officials claim its viscera was preserved and sent to forensic science laboratory, Sagar to ascertain actual cause of death. Initially, officials suspect that the big cat was killed in a territorial fight.
