Lions kill man in village near Gir

A pride of lions killed a 28-year-old man near Babra village in Gir reserved forest area of Junagadh district, police said on Saturday.

NEW DELHI: A pride of lions killed a 28-year-old man near Babra village in Gir reserved forest area of Junagadh district, police said on Saturday.

A group of 5-7 lions attacked Rajesh Parmar and three of his friends when they were walking through the area in Mangrol taluka, they said.

Parmar became the victim of the lions, that dragged him into the forest, police said.
