Popular music band 'Euphoria' is unveiling a music video on climate change with an aim to raise awareness about global warming which has become one of the biggest environmental threats of this century.

NEW DELHI: Popular music band 'Euphoria' is unveiling a music video on climate change with an aim to raise awareness about global warming which has become one of the biggest environmental threats of this century.

Besides the video, international voluntary organisation, Oxfam is also launching a signature campaign to highlight the negative impacts of climate change which will have severe adverse effect on people in India.

Entitled "Stop Harming, Start Helping," the campaign seeks to demand strong domestic action on climate change by the government as well a fair global climate change deal at the UN meeting at Copenhagen, slated later this year.

Euphoria lead singer Palash Sen will unveil the music video on climate change at a function here on Friday which will be attended by members of various affected communities in the country to share their experience on impact of climate change, a statement from Oxfam said here.

"The participants will also deliberate on changes required in India's National Action Plan on Climate Change to address poor people's needs as well the country's vulnerability on precipitation patterns and ecosystems," it added.
