Iulia Vantur, Salman Khan’s rumoured girlfriend, is all set to make her acting debut. The Romanian model, singer and television personality will star in an English-language short film titled Echoes of Us. Joe Rajan will helm the movie.
Echoes of Us recently went into production. Film critic Taran Adarsh has shared the news about Iulia Vantur’s film debut.

Taran Adarsh mentioned that Iulia will play a key role in Echoes of Us. Deepak Tijori and Spanish actress Alessandra Whelan Merediz also feature in the movie, bringing a cross-cultural appeal that will surely interest international audiences. The project is being produced by Pooja Batra and Alliance Media Pty Ltd.

Iulia Vantur was part of Salman Khan’s Sikandar as well. The Romanian television personality had crooned a version of the iconic Lag Jaa Gale in the film. Sikandar starred Rashmika Mandanna opposite Salman.

Iulia and Salman Khan have reportedly been in a relationship for years. While the duo have never officially confirmed their relationship, Iulia is very close to Salman Khan’s family. She has often shared photos with them. When Salman Khan’s dog passed away earlier this year, Iulia penned a heartfelt note for the pet on Instagram.
Iulia Vantur reveals how Salman Khan encouraged her
In an interview last month with Filmfare, Iulia expressed gratitude to Salman Khan for his support. She explained that the Tiger 3 actor “believed” in her voice and talent when no one else did. Iulia, who made her singing debut in India with Himesh Reshammiya’s Every Night And Day, credits Salman for encouraging her to pursue this career path.
“The emotional support is very important for everybody. To have somebody who believes in your voice. He (Salman) was one person who believed in my voice and my talent. He encouraged me to do this, when I doubted myself,” Iulia said. She also explained how Salman’s support and friendship were vital for her.
