From Sandeshkhali to CAA, NIA and Bhupatinagar and infiltration, Union Home Minister Amit Shah lashed out at West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee from his first election rally in Bengal's Balurghat and accused her of "misleading people over Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA)". Shah also set a target of 30 seats in Bengal for BJP to uproot Trinamool from the state and help BJP achieve 370 plus seats in the country. Shah even criticised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over Thailand picture in the party's manifesto.
