Look into misuse of ED, CBI, NIA by BJP: Mamata Banerjee to ECI
Mamata Banerjee accuses BJP of power misuse, claims NIA, ED, Income Tax, BSF, CISF work for BJP. Urges Election Commission at Cooch Behar rally for democracy.

Addressing a rally in Cooch Behar, Banerjee said in a democracy like India, 'One Nation, One Party' like BJP cannot continue. Such a situation cannot provide a level playing field in a democracy, she added.
Banerjee even compared BJP with a poisonous snake and said: "You can trust a poisonous snake but not BJP."
She also questioned as to why CBI, ED and NIA officers are not transferred while only state officials and policemen are transferred during the Lok Sabha polls.
"They (BJP) are saying ED's money will be given to poor people... If they use that money, only Rs 7 will go to each person," Banerjee said referring to PM Modi's assurance to a party candidate that he would take legal advice if money attached by ED could be given back to poor people.
Banerjee said: "We have thrown him (Nishith Pramanik) out and he has been picked up by BJP. It is a matter of national shame that a person against whom several cases are pending has been appointed as the minister of state for home affairs. Democracy is ashamed. Was there no other Rajbonshi or SC or any other good person here who could be made a candidate by BJP? He lives like a Zamindar and moves around with 30 cars. He has not worked for the development of the region."
