While addressing rallies in Maharajganj, Deoria, Ballia and Robertsganj in UP, Shah also claimed that Congress will not cross 40 seats in the ongoing elections while the SP will struggle to cross even four seats, and that they will blame EVMs for their defeat. "Both of them will hold a press conference on June 4 and claim that they lost the election because of the faulty EVMs," Shah claimed. "They have decided to put all the blame for their defeat on the EVMs."
He further alleged, "On June 6, Rahul Baba will leave for Bangkok... Rahul Baba's situation is like that of the bad workman who blames the tool." Shah alleged that the INDIA bloc was part of a congregation involved in ₹12 lakh-crore scams looted from funds meant for the poor, tribals and backward classes whereas Modi had an "unblemished" career of 23 years as the CM and the PM.
