The BJP has established call centres in 370 Lok Sabha constituencies that the party is targeting to win in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

The call centres were previously working on the beneficiary outreach programme of the party. But now, the communication team has shifted its focus to mobilising party cadres to counter fatigue among workers.

Feedback is now being collected from at least 2,000 party workers in each of these 370 constituencies, party sources told ET. The BJP calls it a reverse feedback mechanism, where the party collects feedback from the ground. Based on these, a daily report is sent to the top leadership. Accordingly, campaign programmes of leaders are planned.
