Gandhinagar: Alleging that if voted in to power again, BJP would change the constitution, senior Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi said that while small time BJP leaders are have been saying that the party would change the constitution if voted into power, Prime Minister Narendra Modi keeps denying the same in his public addresses.

Addressing a campaign rally at Dharampur in Valsad district in support of Congress candidate Anant Patel, Priyanka alleged that going by the way BJP has worked over last ten years, it makes the small leaders speak out their intentions initially and then deny the same publicly and then go on to do exactly the same once voted back to power. "This is a regular practice with them," Priyanka alleged.

Lashing out at the PM, Priyanka said that he needs to apologise for the kind of statements he has been making.
