The Jhunjhunu Parliamentary constituency comprises eight assembly constituency segments, covering voters from parts of Jhunjhunu tehsil, ILRC Jhunjhunu, Bagar Municipal Board, and other areas. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Narendra Kumar of the BJP emerged victorious with 7,22,994 votes, defeating INC's Sharwan Kumar by a margin of 2,91,021 votes.

Jhunjhunu Lok Sabha Elections: Previous Elections
In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Santosh Ahlawat of the BJP secured victory with 4,84,630 votes, defeating INC's Raj Bala Ola by a margin of 2,31,135 votes. The constituency is reserved for scheduled caste category, with Pilani assembly being the only reserved constituency for candidates belonging to this category.
