PM Modi reacts to viral dancing video: 'I also enjoyed seeing myself dance!' Watch here

On the social media platform X, a post featuring an animated portrayal of Prime Minister Narendra Modi dancing to an upbeat song garnered his admiration on Monday.

The video was shared by X user named animated with the caption saying, "Posting this video cuz I know that 'THE DICTATOR' is not going to get me arrested for this."



PM also retweeted the video appreciating the creativity and saying, "Like all of you, I also enjoyed seeing myself dance. Such creativity in peak poll season is truly a delight."

This comes hours after the Kolkata Police took action against a user who had posted a similar meme of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on the X platform. The meme featured an animated version of CM Mamata dancing in front of a crowd, at a concert resembling a stage.

The cyber cell of the police asked the user to disclose his location over posting of "offensive, malicious and inciting" posts.

Netizens appeared to be delighted with the video and many made comparisons with Mamta Banerjee, calling Modi - 'Coolest Prime Minister Ever'.

Another user shared videos of both Modi and Mamata, saying, "Mamata Banerjee's video can get you arrested by Kolkata Police. Narendra Modi's video won't get you arrested."
