Demographic Profile According to data from the Election Commission, the Ghaziabad constituency comprised 27,28,978 voters during the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections. Among them, 15,19,938 were male voters, 12,08,931 were female voters, and 109 identified as belonging to the third gender category. Additionally, there were 2,564 postal votes and 2,846 service voters in 2019.

In 2014, the total voter count in Ghaziabad stood at 23,57,553, with 13,33,055 male voters, 10,24,455 female voters, and 43 individuals categorized as 'others.' The constituency also recorded 653 postal votes and 1,959 service voters in 2014.

Ghaziabad Lok Sabha Elections: Past Election Winners In the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, BJP candidate General Vijay Kumar Singh secured victory for the second consecutive term, triumphing with a margin of 5,01,500 votes. He garnered 9,44,503 votes, commanding a vote share of 61.93%. His closest competitor, SP candidate Suresh Bansal, secured 4,43,003 votes (29.05%). Congress candidate Dolly Sharma clinched the third position with 1,11,944 votes (7.34%).

During the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, General Vijay Kumar Singh, then a BJP candidate, clinched the seat for the first time, amassing 7,58,482 votes with a vote share of 56.50%. He defeated Congress candidate Raj Babbar, who garnered 1,91,222 votes (14.24%). General Singh's victory margin was 5,67,260 votes. BSP candidate Mukul secured the third position with 1,73,085 votes (12.89%), while SP candidate Sudhan Kumar secured the fourth spot with 1,06,984 votes (7.97%).
