The ruling BJP unveiled its 2024 Lok Sabha election manifesto on April 14. Called Sankalp Patra, the document outlines the road ahead for the party if it wins a third term in power.

A number of special invitees received the first copy of the manifesto. A Chole Kulche seller from Delhi got the first copy of the document.

The man in question, named Raghuveer, is a resident of Gandhi Nagar in Delhi. He was presented a copy of the document by PM Modi himself.

Ravi Kumar from Ghaziabad was another of the first recipients. Also among the recipients was Ramveer from Haryana's Jhajjar.

They were representatives of the four broad groups -- Gareeb, Yuva, Annadata and Nari Shakti (GYAN) -- who are beneficiaries of government schemes.
