With Uttarakhand going to the polls in the first phase on April 19, campaign is in full swing in all the five Lok Sabha seats in the state –– Haridwar, Tehri Garhwal, Pauri Garhwal, Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar and Almora. BJP and Congress candidates are locked in bipolar contests in all the five seats. BSP has fielded its candidate in all the seats. Sanjay Singh reports:
