The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has unvieled its 'Sankalp Patra' (manifesto) for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections during an event held at the party headquarters in Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alongside other senior party members, graced the occasion, coinciding with B R Ambedkar's birth anniversary.

BJP Sankalp Patra: Theme and Focus:

Titled "Modi's Guarantee: Developed India 2047," the manifesto centers on the theme of cultural nationalism. It underscores the BJP's commitment to the nation's development, prosperity, and welfare across various segments, including women, youth, the underprivileged, and farmers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the BJP's manifesto for the Lok Sabha polls, with a key emphasis on addressing the needs of the underprivileged, youth, farmers, and women.

PM Modi presented copies to representatives from these groups, dubbed Gareeb, Yuva, Annadata, and Naari Shakti (GYAN), beneficiaries of government schemes. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh highlighted the manifesto's alignment with Modi's assurances, branding "Modi ki guarantee" as a hallmark of governance excellence. The manifesto integrates feedback from over 1.5 million suggestions nationwide and outlines initiatives such as "one nation, one poll," common electoral rolls, 5G expansion, and global Ramayan festivals.

Congress Manifesto:

The Congress party has already unveiled its manifesto titled "Nyay Patra." Prominent leaders including Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, and Rahul Gandhi have outlined 25 assurances to the public. Notably, the manifesto's key promise revolves around providing annual financial assistance of Rs100,000 to the poorest women in families.

As the electoral fervor intensifies, both parties have laid out their vision and commitments to the electorate. The forthcoming Lok Sabha elections are poised to be a battleground of ideas and promises, with voters awaiting to make their decision based on the manifestos presented by the political contenders.
