Political parties claiming to be secular have only put the responsibility of opposing Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the shoulders of Muslims, Rizvi said.
National president of All India Muslim Jamaat, Maulana Shahabuddin Razvin, has appealed to Muslims to not oppose Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. In a viral video, Maulana Mufti Shahabuddin Razvi Bareilvi can be seen saying that political situation is changing in the country and advised all Muslims in the country not to oppose the Prime Minister. He was speaking during a conference held in Ambikapur district of Chhattisgarh.

Also hitting out at secular parties, Mufti Shahabuddin Razvi Bareilvi said that political parties claiming to be secular have only put the responsibility of opposing Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the shoulders of Muslims. This keeps Muslims always on the sidelines, while secular parties and their representatives benefit politically, he said in the video.

Must Leave Opposition to PM Modi: Mufti Shahabuddin Razvi Bareilvi

Shahabuddin Razvi said that the Muslims of the country will have to stop opposing Prime Minister Modi and by doing so, they can also dispel the illusion of secular parties. Muslims should not oppose Prime Minister Modi at all in the Lok Sabha elections to be held after two months.

He said that that every political party uses Muslims in elections in the name of secularism. Muslims, without thinking, start opposing Prime Minister Modi by raising the flag and banner of secularism. Muslims unknowingly become the pawns of political parties, and then it starts to feel like only Muslims are against Modi, while everyone else is in support of Modi.

The national president of the All India Muslim Jamaat said that neither have Muslims gained any benefit from opposition nor is there any hope of benefit in the future. Instead, a situation of confrontation has arisen between Hindus and Muslims, which is causing a lot of damage to Indian society.

India's Political Situation has Changed
In the religious conference, the Bareilvi Maulana said that the Muslim society should move forward with positive thinking. He said that the political situation in India has changed very rapidly, expectations of more changes can be made. In such a situation, looking at the political aspects, Muslims should think about their future.
