Congress, National Conference, PDP have ruined J&K: PM Modi
SRINAGAR: PM Modi on Sunday said at a rally in Kathua, Jammu, that parties like Congress, National Conference and PDP have ruined the state and they should not be voted to power again. Union minister Jitendra Singh is BJP candidate from Kathua.

Modi said BJP was committed to party ideologue Syama Prasad Mukherjee’s assertion that “ek desh mein do vidhan, do pradhan aur do nishan nahi chalenge (a country cannot have two Constitutions, two prime ministers and two national emblems).” Modi claimed that during his visits to states he has found “a stronger wave in favour of BJP than in 2014 and all surveys reveal that BJP is getting three times more seats than Congress.” Modi said BJP was committed to settling Kashmiri Pandits. “India is suffering because of the sins of Congress… Mufti and Abdullah families have been in power for decades but ruined the state.”

“Germs have entered into the bloodstream of Congress and it wants to remove Afspa which is suraksha kavach (security cover) for the forces,” Modi said.
