Patnaik's remark came in the wake of displeasure expressed by some investors over the delay in implemenation of mega industries in the state.
The industry, for the first time, had publicly expressed its disagreement with the government's steps to ensure timely implementation of mega projects while participating at an international seminar on steel here last week.
The Chief Minister who could not attend the seminar due to his engagement in New Delhi said that there should be no "doubt" about the implementation of the MoUs signed with the state government.
Earlier, the captains of industries had expressed their concern over the fact that the work on the nine mega projects, including Posco, Mittal, Tata and others could not proceed due to different reasons.
The investors even suggested to the state government to ensure implemenation of the projects instead of going on signing mous with more industries.
Patnaik, on the other hand, claimed that of the 45 Memorandum of Understandings signed in the steel sector, 26 had already started commercial production.
"We have been constantly monitoring different projects, both small and mega," Patnaik said.
Earlier, state Steel minister Padmanabha Behera told reporters that Orissa government had been doing everything for implementation of mega projects.
