Watch: Four working groups setup within TRAI over telecom policy

The telecom regulator plans to issue recommendations on allowing use of Wi-Fi services during flights, by the year end, and also plans to send its inputs to the telecom department for the upcoming new telecom policy. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) will set the broad parameters of rules for in flight connectivity which at the moment is barred within Indian air space and domestic airlines.
