NEW DELHI: Excellence Enablers, Finsec Law Advisors and Association for Development of Securities Market have come together to work towards improving financial regulatory and governance standards in the country.

Excellence Enablers, founded by former Sebi Chairman M Damodaran, Sandeep Parekh-headed Finsec Law Advisors and non-profit think tank ADSM have entered into an "exclusive agreement for cooperation on improving regulatory and governance standards in India," a release said today.

Parekh is a former legal and enforcement head of Sebi.


"The coming together of specialists in governance, regulation and policy aspects in the area of finance is a major step in the direction of promoting stakeholder democracy," Damodaran said.
