Tapishwar Kumar exempt from making offer for Mohan Fibre

THE SECURITIES & Exchange Board of India has exempt Tapishwar Kumar and associates from making public offer for Mohan Fibre Products, a company referred to BIFR, while acquiring ICICI and IFCI's 20 per cent holding in MFPL.
