Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje announces steps to boost MSME sector
Vasundhara Raje today announced a new price preference policy, MSME facilitation centres, plug and play facilities and incubation centres for budding entrepreneurs in the budget for giving a fillip to the MSME sector.

Raje said that the announcements for the MSME sector, which lost government's focus over the last few years, will attract investment, generate employment and will also help new entrepreneurs.
She said that plug and play facilities and incubation centres will be set up to assist start up ventures and new entrepreneurs in the sectors like IT, garment making and electronics which will make easy entry and exit facility to them.
To attract investment, Raje said that the government will hold a Resurgent Rajasthan in November this year and the government was making a land bank to provide lands to the industries after the event.
Under the ease of doing business, Raje said that computerisation of District Industries Centres and Commissioner industries Office will be done to provide necessary approvals to businessmen online.
She allocated Rs 2.50 lakh for design development, product upgradation and marketing support to Khadi sector.
Raje also announced a special scheme under state food processing mission for districts near Delhi with Rs 15 crore and incubators in one Engineering/MBA college in each division and establishment of 3D printing and robotics lab.
