Rail budget at 1200 hrs on Feb 26

NEW DELHI: Railway Minister Nitish Kumar will present the Rail Budget for the year 2003-04 at 1200 hours on February 26, immediately after the question Hour in the Lok Sabha, an official Press release said.
This will be the second consecutive Railway budget to be presented by Kumar. Earlier, in the 12th Lok Sabha, Kumar had presented the Railway Budget for the year 1998-99, it said.
