MNCs must file papers of subsidiaries abroad
NEW DELHI: The Department of Company Affairs has decided against exmepting MNCs from filing the papers of their subsidiaries abroad. A final clearance from the Law, Justice and Company Affairs Minister Arun Jaitley is presently awaited.
