NEW DELHI: Finance Minister Jaswant Singh has been appointed as India''s governor on the Board of Governors of the African Development Bank.
The appointment, with effect from July 1, has become necessary as there has been a change of guard in the finance ministry following the recent reshuffle, a notification issued on Wednesday said.
