Indo-US cos want tie-ups in defence

INDIAN and US companies are exploring possibilities of collaboration in the defence sector. Speaking to ET, at a Ficci meet, chairman, US-India Business Council (USIBC) and vice chairman, American International Group, Frank G. Wisner said: “Initial talks between the two countries are on and that would open the doors to sale of defence articles which India might acquire”.
