IICA, Bengal chamber to jointly work on training programmes
KOLKATA: The Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs-established Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs ( IICA) has chosen the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry as the ‘nodal agency’ for partnering awareness and training programmes in eastern India.

The two entered into a formal agreement on Tuesday. Following the agreement, IICA and Bengal Chamber will collaborate in the areas of corporate social responsibility, competition law, corporate law, corporate governance, inclusive growth and sustainable development.

Both will focus on capacity building, training programmes, joint workshops, seminars and conferences. They will also work together to offer certificate courses and short-term training.
