THE government has decided to disinvest its entire stake of 99 per cent in Hindustan Copper. A F Ferguson has been appointed by Govt as advisor for disinvestment of the company.

the government has decided to disinvest its entire stake of 99 per cent in hindustan copper. a f ferguson has been appointed by govt as advisor for disinvestment of the company. hindustan copper informed the bse that at the egm of the company held on february 20, 2002, it was noted that, the company has incurred accumulated loss of rs 448.4 up to march 31, 2001 and peak net worth of the company has been eroded by 82.36 per cent.
