Govt extends time till June 30 for making payment under Vivad Se Vishwas scheme
The government on Saturday extended the deadline for making payment under the direct tax dispute resolution scheme Vivad Se Vishwas by two months till June 30 to ease hardships faced by taxpayers amid the pandemic.

According to the previous time frame, those who had applied to settle their tax disputes under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act were required to pay the settled tax amount by April 30.
