Govt extends time for availing higher depreciation benefit on vehicles

The government on Friday extended the time period for availing higher depreciation benefit on commercial vehicles by six months until September-end, a move aimed at boosting demand of such vehicles.

The Central Board of direct Taxes has issued a notification to this respect.
