Govt doesn't consider crypto-currencies legitimate: FM

FM Jaitley said that government will take all steps to eliminate the use of crypto-assets in financing illegitimate activities or as part of the payment system. However, Jaitley further said, the government will explore the use of blockchain technology "proactively" for ushering-in a digital economy.
