ET Budget Poll '03

ET polled businesses across India to figure out their unguarded, candid reaction. Administered by AC Nielsen ORG-MARG, this year the survey reached out to 626 respondents in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkota, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Pune.
This is one of the largest polls conducted among business leaders at any time in the year. The respondents were between the rank of general managers and CEOs.
The sample was chosen to represent all sections: small business with a turnover of Rs50-75 crore (120 respondents); large companies with sales in excess of Rs 100 crore (258 respondents); the financial sector (123 respondents) and MNCs (125 respondents).
