DoT may back TRAI recos on spectrum caps: Sources to ET Now

In a favourable response to the TRAI recommendations, the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) is likely to ease spectrum holding norms, a move that will help telcos consolidate their market values. The next meeting of Telecom Commission may see final call in this regard. Tushar Chakrabarty reports.
