Contributions pour in on ICRIER's silver jubilee year

ICRIER, the think tank on India's domestic and international economic policies, has received grant from leading Indian corporate giants.


NEW DELHI: ICRIER, the think tank on India's domestic and international economic policies, has received grant from leading Indian corporate giants including Reliance and Kotak, besides major banks as the organisation celebrated its silver jubilee.

ICRIER has got a corpus of Rs 25 crore that included contributions by these outfits, its Chairperson Isher Judge Ahluwalia said today at the meeting to mark 25 years of the research body.

State Bank of India, ICICI, HDFC, Kotak and Reliance had all contributed Rs one crore for ICRIER, Ahluwalia said.
