CCD to finalise sale of 4 ITDC properties

NEW DELHI: The Cabinet Committee on Disinvestment will finalise sale of four ITDC properties including Kovalam and Manali on Friday.
The CCD, chaired by Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, is also expected to consider disinvestment of 51 per cent stake in fertiliser company Fertiliser and Chemicals (Travancore) Ltd.
The government had expected to finalise sale of five hotels, but there was no takers for the Aurangabad property. The financial bids for the four properties including Kolkata and Aurangabad were received last week.
