It was a shaky start. No, this time it wasn’t the Indian batsmen, but CAS. The CAS rollout in Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata was far from smooth, leaving millions of viewers baffled.
There was confusion as pay channels went on the blink. News, entertainment and movie channels drew a blank, and cricket lovers missed the Cape Town action where India took charge against South Africa. However, free-to-air channels like Times Now, Doordarshan and Zoom kept the show going.
Only free-to-air channels like Doordarshan, Zoom, Times Now and Headlines Today were available as other news, entertainment and movie channels went off air.
