Budget 2018: Need more agri reforms, says Niti Aayog VC

With less than a month to go for the Union Budget 2018-19, ET Now caught-up with Niti Aayog Vice Chairman Rajiv Kumar. In this exclusive conversation with Mythili Bhusnurmath, Kumar said health, education and agriculture should be the key focal points for this year's Budget.
